Appointments and Cancellations
Your therapist makes every commitment to guarantee your appointment time and refuses all other requests once you have made the appointment. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you should need to cancel your appointment for any reason. If this happens twice, you will be charged the full session fee. If this becomes habitual therapist may terminate client/therapist relationship.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will be shortened by the amount of time that you are late, and you will be charged for the full session. Sessions must end on time so the next client isn't delayed.
To ensure your privacy and comfort, your therapist is professionally trained in proper draping procedures. During your massage, your body is fully draped except for the area being treated. All client information is shared with no one unless otherwise agreed upon with client written consent.
I accept cash and personal checks. Checks may be made out to Lea Satorra. Payment is due at time of service. I do not provide billing for insurance but will gladly provide you with a receipt to provide to your flex spending.
Massage therapy is a healing art and not a sexual service. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of your session. Full payment will be due and termination of client/therapist relationship will take effect immediately.
Although tipping is appreciated it is not expected.
Communicating during session
Some forms of massage can leave you feeling a bit sore the next day. But massage shouldn't be painful or uncomfortable. If any part of your massage doesn't feel right or is painful, speak up right away. Your therapist will adjust the pressure accordingly.
