I began my massage therapy journey in 2005 while going to school to become an esthetician in France where I lived with my family. It is there that I discovered bodywork while interning at the La Grande Motte Thalasso Therapie. We moved back to the US in 2007 to Texas where I became an optometric assistant in a large office. I enjoyed helping others and seeing our patients return year after year. Moving to the Raleigh, NC area in 2009 brought on a big change in my work life. After working in different medical offices in the insurance departments, I became stressed and was in pain almost all the time from being seated long hours while working at a computer. Not only did I miss giving massage, I NEEDED massage...desperately!
I decided to go to The Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC to take the first step of getting back to what I love. I have completed my medical massage training and am also a certified AAT (Associative Awareness Technique) practitioner, and am in training for NRT (Neural Reset Therapy). I look forward to building lasting relationships with my clients and working with them to relieve their chronic pain and get back to their lives!
